1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unused and Unopened: The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.
In Original Packaging: The product must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which it was delivered.
Non-Discounted Items: Items purchased at full price are eligible for returns. Discounted or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Customized or Personalized Products: Any items that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications.
Furniture that has been used or assembled.
Sale or Discounted Items: Any clearance or final sale products, unless defective.
Perishable Goods: Items that are intended for short-term use and cannot be returned due to their nature.
3. Refund Policy
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note the following:
Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process after we have received the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Fees: Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will guide you on how to return the item and issue a refund or replacement.
In case of a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. You may also choose to receive a replacement item or a full refund, depending on the situation.

5. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process to return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Cancellations

7. How to Return an Item
